The Atocha Honey is a brand new one bedroom apartment featuring a modern and colorful decor located in a fully renovated traditional building of this central and lively area of Madrid.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, a sofa-bed, a dining table. The bedroom, on the other hand, is equipped with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe.
The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher , fridge/freezer and an oven & microwave among other appliances.
While the bedroom and living room have wooden floors, the kitchen and bathroom, equipped with a shower, have modernist ceramic floors.
During the winter, the apartment can be heated with the radiators located throughout the apartment. During summer, an A/C portable unit is provided per each unit.
The Atocha One Bedroom units are located between the street level floor and the third floor of the building, accessible by the building's elevator. The apartments might be exterior or interior units and all of them enjoy natural light. Even though the layout may vary depending on the specific unit and availability, all of them offer the same features, decoration and comfort.
