The second floor also includes an additional two bedrooms with queen beds and a separate four piece bathroom. On the main floor you will find a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and large kitchen island, a dining room, sitting room, and living room, complete with fireplace. As an added bonus, the finished basement has a fourth bedroom with twin bed, a wet bar, bathroom, and another living room with a large fireplace, perfect for entertaining. Relax after a long day on the fabulous deck that overlooks the backyard. Only a short driving distance from Aspen Landing Shopping Centre, all the amenities and services, such as restaurants, grocery, retail shopping and more, are close at hand. As this house does have sidewalks in front of the property, you are responsible for the timely removal of snow accumulation which might occur during the winter months.  For the safety of you, the other guests, and the passerby, we will provide a snow shovel, broom, ice chipper, and melt granules on location for you to manage the snow and ice.  On days where snow fall exceeds 10 cm, we will arrange for snow removal to clear the driveway within 24 hours of accumulation.
