Spacious one bedroom apartment measuring 63msq/ 678sqft is located within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and around the corner from the metro La Motte Piquet Grenelle on the line 6, 8 and 10. The apartment building has a building manager and has an elevator up to the 6th floor where the apartment is located.
Guests are greeted by an entry hall upon entering the apartment. To the right is the fully equipped kitchen with oven and plenty of space to prepare meals. Further down the hallway is the dining table that can be moved into the living area and has room for four diners. Across from the dining table is the living area with two leather sofas and lots of light from the large windows.
The bedroom opens on to the living area with two French doors that can be closed for privacy. The bedroom has a large closet and a queen sized bed. There is again lots of light from the floor to ceiling windows. The WC and shower at the end of the hall complete this apartment.
- This apartment does not have a dishwasher.
- Please note there is a school located near the back of the apartment building so during recess there are children that can be heard when the windows are open.
