Spectrum III

Live the high life at the Spectrum III - one of our most colorful properties! This contemporary building is perched at the edge of downtown and is one of four towers built to mesh luxury with the vibrancy of urban living. Close to the False Creek waterway and the famous Vancouver Seawall, you will feel drawn to the beauty of the outdoors during your temporary stay in downtown Vancouver. Sitting where Gastown and Yaletown meet, the dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby are endless and every direction you go you can discover some place new. The Spectrum Towers are also located across the street from the Stadium- Chinatown Skytrain station which gives you access to the downtown core and many of the areas of the Lower Mainland.

These 2 bedroom executive, fully-furnished suites offer a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops, a dedicated office workspace, and floor-to-ceiling windows which illuminate the space with natural light and feature gorgeous city and water views. Each bedroom is adorned with a queen bed with the primary bedroom also including a mounted television. The building amenities are second to none and include a fitness centre, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, an entertainment room, outdoor terrace, and playground - many of which are located in a separate amenity building for private resident and guest use.

It would be a challenge to not find something to keep yourself busy while staying at The Spectrum III. If you can pull yourself away from the on-site amenities and explore the neighbourhood you will find much to do. Take in a hockey game at Rogers Arena or football game at BC Place, both located just outside your door, or enjoy an evening of theatre performance at the nearby Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Hop on the Skytrain and visit the Vancouver Art Gallery or the boutique shops along Robson Street.
