Don't be afraid to join the locals for a bowl of hot pho, a Vietnamese noodle soup, or a French baguette stuffed with sorts of good stuff - slices of ham, pâté, picked vegetables and chillis - that’s known to the locals as banh mi. Visitors will soon learn of the reason for the nation’s world-renowned cuisine.
