Located at the start of the ethnic enclave of Little India, Rocher Singapore is part of Tekka Place, an intersection point of contemporary living and 19th century heritage. Diagonally across the Rochor River is LASALLE College of the Arts. It is worth a visit for its striking architecture that resembles a massive black box turned inside out to retain a connection to the surrounding streets.
