Ipa Sun is a three-bedroom apartment located in Ipanema, close to restaurants such as Temakeria and Rancho Português. Its a few minutes from Praça Nossa Senhora da Paz, and Pier Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas.
Entering the apartment, you will find the living room space with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and access to the balcony. Adjacent is located the dining table for 6 guests. It has a fully equipped kitchen with top appliances, like a coffee machine in capsules and utensils. Continuing is the private laundry area with a wash and dryer machine. On the corridor are located the three rooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. And the second and third bedrooms have a single-size bed. Ipanema is arguably the trendiest neighbourhood in Rio. Situated on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in the world, Ipanema is where some of the most beautiful people of Rio flock. The spirit of Ipanema is drawn from the culture that emanates from the one-of-a-kind beach (which sits immediately adjacent to Copacabana). The tropical sunshine, warm water and stunning view entices locals and visitors alike to surf and sunbathe by day and dance in the coolest bars and clubs in Rio well into the night. One of the main advantages of staying in Ipanema: you have a great beach, various bars & restaurants, fashionable shops, and some of the best clubs all within walking distance.
