Regional Sales Manager
 
National Corporate Housing is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager. This individual will drive profitable sales growth, model behavior that demonstrates meaningful, mutual economic value for National Corporate Housing and our clients, manage sales initiatives, and enhance customer experience. The selected person needs to have a professional image, strong communication and customer service skills. This person will manage outside salespeople in assigned markets, along with managing a small top tiered client portfolio.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Support and promote National's mission statement, strategic vision, and core values to customers.
  • Provide disciplined, ethical, and focused leadership.
  • Provide focus to team on the alignment of sales within the market team structure.
  • Proactively attract, hire, and retain successful additions to the sales team.
  • On-board, coach and provide professional development to Account Executives.
  • Build, develop, and manage sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives
  • Train General Managers on Sales Management skills.
  • Responsible for the performance of all outside sales professionals in designated markets.
  • Guide to completion the annual and quarterly goal setting process for Account Executives.
  • Drive customer acquisition, client retention, and growth, as well as identify market expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with General Managers to execute a sales strategy that supports and exceeds budgeted revenue and gross profit goals for individual markets while supporting the overall sales goals of the organization.
  • Directly participate in closing business deals with key accounts.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals with directly managed accounts.
  • Perform consistently to achieve sales goals, taking necessary action to ensure sales targets are achieved, and exceeded consistently.
  • Coordinate with General Managers on performance reviews
  • Participate in National’s sales initiatives as directed by VP of Sales and Marketing.
  • Maintain a high profile within the industry to identify new opportunities and increase market level efficiencies of all sales programs.
  • Execute a consistent sales process resulting in accurate sales forecasting and analysis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training.
  • 3-5+ years of successful sales management experience 
  • Experience and knowledge of the Hospitality, Lodging, or Corporate Housing Industries.
  • Previous success in selling value and helping companies improve their operating performance.
  • Previous experience in proactive lead generation.
  • Knowledge of revenue management.
 
All employees are expected to have knowledge of National’s business units and established procedures and compliance rules pertinent to their positions.

  • Competitive Compensation plus no cap on commissions
    • $88,500 - $102,100 base salary
    • Additional estimated monthly compensation; ~$1250 - $1500 in commissions,  depending on book of business and market conditions, uncapped
