National Corporate Housing is looking for an experienced Regional Director. This individual will be responsible for successfully operating the assigned region’s sales and operations plans. The selected person needs to have a professional image, strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Support and promote National’s mission, vision, core values, and V/TO
  • Lead, Manage and hold Accountable the associates in assigned markets
  • Responsible for the achievement of budget in each market
  • Create, submit for approval, and achieve annual budget for the region
  • Coordinate with Sales Manager to create, implement and achieve sales strategy for each market
  • Work closely with General Managers to drive local revenue/profitability through utilization of a local market AE where staffing permits
  • Manage the organizational structure of the region to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency
  • Work with Regional Recruiter and General Managers to build bench strength for all positions
  • Provide professional development opportunities for all associates
  • Support the creation and maintenance of work environments that encourage innovation, creativity, diversity, and associate engagement and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Regional counterparts and Senior management to ensure consistency and reinforce teamwork across the company
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with all vendors/suppliers.  Negotiate local contracts in coordination with Supply Chain Manager
  • Hold team members accountable to uphold the Standard Operation Procedures set forth as The National Way
  • Utilize the Traction format to drive company and regional goals and initiatives
  • Utilize Reflektive to document, recognize, and motive associate performance
  • Promote and engage in industry events on a local and regional level
  • Utilize internal resources in an appropriate and respectful manner
 
 
Requirements:
  • Must be a fast paced, independent, motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree is ideal
  • Management experience in relocation, hospitality, property management, corporate housing, travel or real estate is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • MS Office, Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Travel is required
 
 
All employees are expected to have knowledge of National’s business units and established procedures and compliance rules pertinent to their positions.

    • $ $131,900 - $145,300               
    • Performance based bonus potential of ~$24,000 based on individual and company performance
