Business Development Representative, Global Housing Solutions
 
National Corporate Housing is looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to sell our Global Housing Solutions services to new clients. The BDR will sell into small to mid-sized European in-bound businesses supporting the EMEA global solutions market. The selected person needs to have a professional image, strong communication and customer service skills.
 
National Corporate Housing is a multi-brand, global leader in providing temporary housing program management for global business travel and corporate relocations. National is one of the largest providers of temporary housing around the globe.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Regional Director, the local market team and the sales leadership teams to strategically focus sales efforts on generation of in-bound profitable business opportunities for the EMEA region.
  • Generate revenue through new business opportunities using a consultative selling approach.
  • Grow revenue through self-generated leads by presenting all product and service lines to different segments within each organization
  • Work in concert with clients to understand their strategic initiatives and to create maximum economic impact for their organization.
  • Be focused on business travel trends and understand industry segmentations and those most likely to have a need for National’s services.
  • Maintain all sales activity and sales cycle progress in CRM.
  • Use analytical skills, industry trends and client analysis to forecast revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships at multiple levels.
  • Engage, attend and participate in industry networking events.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • 6 months to 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable in fast paced environment with many moving parts and responsibilities.
  • Attend team meetings in office and client offsite meetings.
