National Corporate Housing is seeking a Systems Administrator in Denver, CO with strong knowledge in Windows, Office 365, AzureAD/Entra and other end-user software. This role will report to the IT Manager and will help support over 300 end-users in offices throughout the United States and a few international locations. The System Administrator should be a jack-of-all-trades with excellent technical skills and extremely strong customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 2 support and technical guidance to front line Help Desk Analysts
  • Contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of IT infrastructure projects
  • Create and update Intune packages for workstation management
  • Create and update security policies for users
  • Create and update internal documentation
  • Manage VoIP Phone system
  • Password and identity management, including user account administration (setup, maintenance, auditing)
  • Monitor system/infrastructure and workstation performance
  • Install software and updates for server OS and application software
  • Plan for and respond to service outages and other problems
  • Other tasks or duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (MCSE are encouraged to apply) or equivalent experience
  • Five – Seven years of corporate IT experience, supporting 100 or more users
  • Experience with the following required:
    • AzureAD/Entra, including SSO, onprem Active Directory, AD Connect
    • O365 Administration, including Exchange Online/hybrid, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint
    • Security Operations, including risk assessments, responding to incidents, Conditional Access Policies, DLP Policies
    • PowerShell scripting
    • Windows 10 - 11, Windows Server 2019
    • MS Office Suite
    • MS Defender
    • MS Intune
    • Cloudflare
    • Zoom Web Conferencing & Phone
    • Meraki Firewalls
    • Advanced knowledge and experience with networking concepts
       
  • Experience with following is a plus:
    • Azure Logic Apps
    • Azure Runbooks
    • ManageEngine ServiceDesk
    • Oscar Enterprise Reservation system
    • Nagios
    • Dell hardware
    • Audio/Visual equipment related to conference rooms
    • Keycard systems
